O.deer Cakery is an established custom bakery opened by a profound Patissier with over ten years experience. We are here to help create and design your dream event and to provide you with perfection in service, design, and taste.
About the Decorator :
I have always had a strong passion for art and food. I was able to create a life with this passion after being introduced to cake decorating at a young age. Succeeding graduation from Le Cordon Bleu Baking and Patisserie (2005) I went on to be a pastry chef at an Arizona resort and then later moving to Orange County, Ca. where I thrived as a custom cake decorator. With ten years cake experience and 2 years in the Temecula wine country wedding industry I am confident that i will not only meet but exceed your expectations in divine desserts and custom cakes.
